SPAIN - TDCX Spain won a “Gold Award in "Best New Contact Centre in Europe" category at the 19th European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2019 on November 26th, 2019 in London.

TDCX Spain fended off tough competition among other top global brands from different industries for demonstrating its best practices in customer experience in the 10-month operational period.

TDCX was founded in 1995 as a provider of outsourced services to a diverse clientele. The TDCX headquarters in Spain opened in late-2018.

The European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) is the greatest award in the customer contact industry. It has been the longest running and largest award-giving program in the customer contact industry and recognizes organizations across Europe.
